How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Expressionpunch Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Expressionpunch Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. One limit to know: Expressionpunch Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@expressionpunch.garden. Include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may help too.
